The man working the front desk was nice and felt bad that a. he did not have a room ready, b. he couldn't tell us when one might be ready, and c. the reason why the lobby front door was boarded up was because someone was drunk and crashed through it a few weeks prior. He was friendly and I felt bad for him because everyone in the tiny dirty office was not happy, the pictures online were not from this hotel. He clearly didn't have much help and was trying to do the best he could.
besides all of the things just mentioned, the area was not very nice, and nothing seemed safe really, especially with the broken door. the note on the door said too hot for cleaning people today, which made us realize our room would not be ready at any point. The manager let us know Booked.net was just an internet site and he really didn't have to guarantee our room! That was really disheartening too, so when traveling with a baby we decided the best thing to do was to go home and travel the distance. It was very stressful and I missed the majority of my son's lacrosse game. Now I am scared this could happen again, I really liked Booked.net but now I just don't know if I will use it again or not.

This hotel is quiet, has helpful employees with good management. The restaurant was within a close distance from the property.

Adding more options to the breakfast (in addition to muffins and fruits) would be nice.
Room wasn't properly clean when I checked-in.

I loved the location, the simplicity of the room and the good size tv. Sometimes you just need a place to sleep. The little kitchenette was great. I'll have to consider this chain in the future.
The place wasn't very clean. Crumbs in the kitchen area and the bathtub drain was clogged. Took a shower and the water started to collect.

Price, bed, fridge.
The toilet over flowed with very little "debris". I stopped the flow and used my towels to contain the water on the floor. I was leaving for the day and reported it to the front desk. I returned that afternoon to a plunged toilet , the used towels still all over the floor, soaked with used toilet water and smelling something awful.I then went to the front desk to report the situation. He apologized. I then asked if it could be taken care of. He asked me to follow him . We went to the laundry room. He pointed to clean towels and then collected disinfectant along with rags, promptly handing them to me. He followed me to my room and took my fouled towels and left. I had to clean the floor on my hands and knees, as a paying guest!!!! We will never stay in another Extended Stay. I have pictures to show what happened.

Free Parking, adequate facilities.
Probably my second worst hotel experience. The front desk wasn't truly 24 hours; I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come unlock the door to the office. During check out I waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk (at 9:00 am) when I could hear the staff in the back joking around. Ended up giving up and just calling to check out. While its in a decent part of town, lots of shady people hanging around at night. We heard people aggressively screaming from different rooms, arguing, and some mild fighting. We also found three bugs in the room in the course of about six hours. We booked three nights and checked out after one to move to another property.

Couple looking for a place to stay?
The room had decent height toilets and good parking, a small relief. I liked that the bathroom wasn't right in front of the beds, created some privacy.
It definitely wasn't inexpensive but still manageable.

Do recommend for a break on long journey
Clean room, friendly staff, the tv made relaxing after a long day easy, and the wi-fi allowed me to stay connected while planning my visits, including catching a free concert at the Kennedy Center.

The warm and welcoming comfy feel the room alone has. Nothing for another weekend now. .
How short timed and few select items the continental breakfast has to offer.
